TERMS & CONDITIONS

It is the responsibility of the bride to understand, agree, and accept responsibility for all booking conditions, including all payments due by the specified dates. By proceeding to book with me and pay a booking fee, you accept that you are entering into a contract.

A non-refundable booking fee of £50 is required to secure your date & services, which is made payable at the time of booking by bank transfer. Your hair trial fee of £50 will be deducted from the final balance. Your final payment is due one month before your wedding date.

PEAK SEASON (April - October)

*Weekday weddings - A minimum of bride and 2 other adults in your bridal party applies.

​

*Saturday weddings - A minimum of bride and 3 other adults in your bridal party applies.

​

Mileage is charged at 75 pence per mile each way after a 3 mile radius from my home address. Additional costs such as tolls and parking will also be added to the total.

If my journey time is over 1 hour away from my home address, a hotel/B&B close to your wedding venue may need to be organised for the night before your wedding day.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the unlikely event you have to cancel your booking, you will not be refunded your booking fee and any other payments made.

If you have to cancel or make changes to your booking 4 months prior to your wedding date, your final balance will still be due in FULL at the time of cancelling. If this is not received, legal action will be taken to recover any losses.

If in the unlikely event that I am unable to attend on your wedding day, I will try my best to cover this with another professional supplier but if this is not possible, all payments made will be fully refunded.
